Analysis	System Analyst	Functional Specification	The functional specification will be sent to the Client for approval and sign off prior to proceed further.
Prototyping	Analyst and Technical Team ( and Graphics Team if needed)	One Click screen shots	The project team and graphics design team will design screen shots in jpg format for different interfaces/screen and reports. These will be sent to the client for approval. Client can suggest changes if needed.
Design	Project Team	Design Specification	Covers: ER Diagram Data Modeling diagram
Project Management	Project Manager	Project Schedule/Plan	The project plan contains the list of business areas and resource allocation for completion of the project. The project manager/team leader will be responsible for devising the project plan and keep it up to date.
